Havalines VIP is a company that provides airport transfer, city and intercity transportation services by providing a driver and free travel assistant for individuals and groups.

How can I use Havalines VIP?
Reservation will be made if they specify their destination by contacting us from our Ticket Sales Offices located on the -2nd floor of Arrivals Passanger at Istanbul Airport, on the phone number +90 850 711 14 34 or via our Whatsapp Line numbered +90 530 520 33 81. After the reservation is completed, our Travel Assistant, together with our VIP vehicle, will meet our guest at their location and accompany them to their destination.
How can I make the payment?
You can make your transfers easily and securely from our Ticket Sales Offices with cash or credit card. You can also make payments with your credit/debit card in the vehicle. All of our iOS/Android/Web application channels have secure payment systems certificates.
I forgot something in Havalines VIP, can I get it back?
You can reach our customer service 24/7. Thus, we can ensure that your forgotten items reach you as soon as possible.
Can I carry my pet with Havalines VIP?
In accordance with the pet transport legislation, we only transport your small (max 18 kgs) pets in special cages with Havalines VIP.

What is your procedure in case of an accident that may occur during the transfer?
In the event of an accident, all companies holding B2 type authorization certificates are covered by the “Mandatory Road Transport Financial Liability Insurance” and “Highway Passenger Transport Compulsory Seat Personal Accident Insurance” in order to meet their responsibilities arising from the law and regulation, according to Articles 48 and 49 of the Regulation.
Will I pay an additional fee after I have made my reservation?
No, you will not need to pay any additional fees on the price you see in the system.-
How do you follow the training and working hours of your drivers?
All our drivers are monitored simultaneously from our headquarters during the day. All our driver trainings are also given periodically at our headquarters.
Are there restrictions in your service area?
No, as Havalines VIP, we provide services all over Turkey with our vehicles.
What Happens If My Flight Times Change?
If your flight time changes, you can change your transfer start time up to 6 hours before your transfer will take place. If your scheduled return or arrival flight changes during your flight, please inform our customer representative by contacting us via the support line at vip.havalines.com or by calling us on the Whatsapp line at +90 530 520 33 81.
Baby Safety Seat
If you are traveling with a baby, we recommend that you bring your own baby car seat. If you do not have such an opportunity, you should specify your child seat request in the note section of your reservation form. Baby seat prices may differ depending on the region where your transfer will take place.
